In Mantis, when I select a sub-project, for example "Bulletin Board", then press the "Switch"-button, then go and report an issue, I find the "Category" drop-down list only to contain "(select)" and no actual categories like bugs/spelling mistakes/etc. These categories are only listed when reporting an issue while having "Boolean Soup" selected as project. This leads to me not being able to report an issue for a sub-project, because I can't fill out the category: Quoting Mantis: APPLICATION ERROR #11 A necessary field 'Category' was empty. Please recheck your inputs. Is there a way to do this correctly? Another question: when I want to report an issue with the PM system, do I use "Bulletin Board", "Profile" or should there be a new sub-project for PMs? ____________ Personal website: http://www.loijson.com |

Is anyone even checking Mantis for bug reports?

A fail on my part, categories were not working in the sub-projects. They are now. Also use Bulletin Board, it's a bit weird but the PMs are actually part of the Bulletin Board module - They probably shouldn't be but that's how it is as it stands. ____________ laffo |
