I should have picked up on this sooner, but the deadline still feels miles off, so this competition is worth mentioning. Basically you have to make a game that's funny and to send it in by June 1st. You can do it in teams, and I can imagine you guys making a nightmarish Boredome game that would actually scare young children whilst being relentlessly funny. There's also some website about selling games. It's for a book, and it's something I probably wouldn't have mentioned had it not been for this guy here.  Look! He's in a suit, which means he's rich! Funny is actually pretty hard to do, as humour is entirely subjective. For example, one audience may find Pulp Fiction (for example) to be hilarious, whilst another finds it horrific, and another may simply straddle the fence in between.

Yeah. It all depends on who's judging it though. A typical brit will want dry, sarcastic and ironic humour while a (typical - no offence intended, Woed) American will want something like "butt". ¬¬

I find it best to just do what I think is funny. Similar to anything I do I can only do what appeals to me. The advice of Simon Cowell is to that. Most of the time people are funny when they think they're being serious, and when they don't they're not. Humor is so different, I don't like old-fashioned cliché humor that already everyone knows. things like "butt" will do :p
